Sunshine Time

Last snow of the season has officially past (hopefully!!) and now sunshine days are within reach.  Luckily if you aren't patient enough to wait for the sun, Kate Spade's new line has enough bright yellows to make you feel like it is spring already.

Hope this brings you some sunshine, by the way does anyone else think that the model in these shots looks like Spencer from Pretty Little Liars? Happy Thursday!

Dear Summer: I miss you horribly.  There is nothing like a week long winter cold to make you wish for summer days. In order to avoid complete winter depression I decided to cheer myself up with a little pre-summer shopping.  Here are some items at the top of my wish list.

Red Nose Blues

You may have noticed the complete lack of posts from last week; allow me to explain.  The first couple of days I was out of town, and as soon as I got home I managed to pick up some cold germs.  Needless to say I rarely left my bed last week. I think that the worst part of being sick is the after illness, sore, red nose.

Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to resemble this little guy for the rest of the week.

I just found out that we will soon have a new Pirates of the Caribbean movie!! This fact made my week. Weirdly enough, right before I discovered this fact I purchased a piratey shirt and pair of boots (can you say midnight premier outfit!).  Here is my modern update on the pirate classics.

Pretty Paper

The weather this weekend destroyed my travel plans, so I used my time at home to catch up on my Netflix que and to go through my scrap book paper collection. I ran across this adorable double sided paper, but I haven't found anything really cute to do with it it.  Sock monkeys are my favorite, so I'm going to wait until I find the perfect project to use it on.

Lovely Little Distraction

Do you remember in grade school when the teacher used to have you make mobiles out of hangers?
